Reconstruction Manager - Oahu

Premier Restoration Hawaii helps restore homes and business in the event of natural disasters or accidents that cause fire, water, wind or mold damage to a property. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reconstruction Manager / Construction Superintendent.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Project Initiation
- Educate customers on reconstruction process
- Project Planning
- Identify and document project scope of work review estimates, review budgets
- Project Execution - create project schedule and timeline
- Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
- Negotiate terms and set expectations
- Plan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractors
- Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers
- Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work
- Customer Satisfaction - responsible for customer service and management of the customer experience
- Compile and resolve punch list items
- Perform final walk-through with customer
Minimum Experience:
- 15+ years of construction experience
- 5+ years of experience managing a crew of 2 or more people
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Basic computer skills

Pay:
Starting at $100,000/annually, DOE. Pay is based on industry experience with opportunity for advancement, training and Industry certifications for the qualified candidate.
