Reconstruction Project Manager - Oahu

Primary purpose of the role:
The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute reconstruction projects. They are responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in reconstruction services.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Initiation
- Educate customers on reconstruction process
Project Planning
- Identify and document project scope of work
- Review estimates
- Review budgets
Project Execution
- Create project schedule and timeline
- Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
- Negotiate terms and set expectations
- Plan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractors
- Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers
- Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work
Customer Satisfaction
- Be responsible for customer service and management of the customer experience
- Compile and resolve punch list items
- Perform final walk-through with customer
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Education Intermediate math skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Computer literate to work with our job management software programs
Minimum Education Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- College Degree (Preferred)
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Walking and/or standing throughout the day
- Frequent driving and sitting
- Occasionally climbing ladders

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $65,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience
