Cleaners Warehouse is a retail and rental operation available to all professional contractors and to the public. We specialize in chemicals, machines and tools to properly care for all surface maintenance (carpet, tile, stone, upholstery, epoxy coatings) and restoration (water, mold, fire, abatement), in addition to industry coatings. We are searching to hire an operational professional to support our growth and lead our teams on the islands of Oahu and Maui.
Position Summary / Primary Purpose
Our Sales Representative/Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. Your primary role is to anticipate and deliver on customers’ needs, requests and respond to their queries in a timely manner. Aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer-service focused. Ultimately, your role is to grow our business by building successful٫ long-term client relationships.
Essential Functions
- Manages existing relationships with clients (internal and external), while continually creating new partnerships with our targeted market clients
- Establishes outstanding, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Handles customer needs, requests and inquiries in a timely manner
- Dealing with supplier and customer challenges by providing effective solutions
- Overseeing the strategy to increase revenues, while maintaining current accounts and winning new accounts
- Setting and reporting sales targets and performance
- Recommendations and influence on how to improve sales performance
- Manages/delivers social media content to content creator on a weekly basis
- Collaborates with store managers and suppliers to design and implement product campaigns
- Coordinates participation in industry events, tradeshows and organizes in-house customer classes with our vendors
- Join related organizational groups to network and form partnerships to increase sales
- Researches the market to explore innovative/new ideas of business diversity
- Works in close partnership with President/CEO on strategy of business development
- Completes other duties as assigned

- Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager
- Exhibits strong skills (verbal and written)
- Exhibits strong phone sales/etiquette
- Exhibits strong organizational skills
- Must be target driven and highly self-motivated
- Displaying professionalism, at all times
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good product knowledge – Janitorial Consumables, Janitorial Equipment, Stone, Tile, Concrete, PPE, Restoration Chemicals, Rental Equipment and Equipment for Purchase
- Good computer skill-set – Outlook 365, Microsoft Office and QBO
- Product demonstration capabilities

Education and Experience
- BA/BSc degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field
- Must be proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Office, QBO, designing collateral
- Demonstrated success in customer relations and negotiating resources to achieve sales targets
- Must have Driver’s License with clean driving abstract
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk and drive for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 20 lbs
- Ability to travel inter-island 2-3 times per month or as necessary
- Good vision and hearing to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues

Shift:

Starting pay $50k-55k annually (DOE) + commission
